Bringing over fifteen years of experience in providing technical assistance to child service organizations, Nicole brings focus and passion to her work. She strives to help those serving children be as effective as they can be, so that children will reap the benefits. Nicole has helped to improve school, after-school and program climate through training and organizational development. She has accomplished this task by assisting non-profit organizations with quality improvement, strategic planning, program evaluation, leadership development and coaching to administrators and youth service providers. Nicole has earned a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts and (LSW) in New York.
