A positive climate, or school environment, is a precondition of teaching and learning .  Improving attrition rates, attendance and academic achievement, are likely benefits of improving climate. 

For Those Serving Children specializes in improving school climate.  After completing an organizational assessment, a consultant will identify the root cause and work to address these issues through:

• Group facilitation
• Professional development and on-site training or
• Leadership coaching

Positive Behavior Supports (PBS)
For Those Serving Children will provide training and technical assistance to schools and afterschool programs in this school-wide system of behavioral interventions.  Using a three-tiered model, we help to develop the structures and processes that serve the whole school environment through primary prevention on through to tertiary interventions, serving the most at-risk.

Using a PBS evaluation instrument, we will monitor the effectiveness of the Positive Behavior Supports.
